Mr. Brugman excels in appellate work at the BIA and Ninth Circuit as well in asylum cases where he has helped achieve at least 25 asylum grants for immigrants from countries which include Cameroon, El Salvador, Ghana, Georgia, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Rwanda, and Venezuela.  Mr. Brugman has obtained positive results for clients from many other countries, including Cuba, Saudi Arabia and Iran.
